Exchange Policy

At Evogirl, your satisfaction is our priority. We do not offer returns; however, we gladly accept exchanges.
•Exchange Eligibility:
Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. To qualify for an exchange, products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
•Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please log in to your Evogirl account, visit your order history, and select the item you'd like to exchange. You can also contact our customer service team for assistance.
•Exchange Conditions:
o Products should be in original packaging with tags.
o Items must not show signs of wear or damage.
o Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

•Order Cancellation:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before proceeding to payment.
